Processing of non-standard parts

Non standard parts processing is the use of machining machinery to grind or cut off excess parts of those parts, making the entire non-standard part look more beautiful and also allowing us to use it better.

Standard parts refer to the general principles of general machinery that can be used according to the manufacturing scale specified by the country. On the contrary, the processing of non-standard parts must be carried out according to specific regulations, and which machining parts are only owned by the manufacturer themselves is the biggest advantage of customized processing. Non standard part machining is a manufacturing process that involves a set of non-standard part forming operations performed by removing materials (by removing chips or through wear) through machining machinery such as CNC lathes.

The processing of non-standard parts requires the use of specialized industrial machinery specifically designed for the processing of non-standard parts, and the necessary processing and modification of the shape and size of non-standard parts. The processing methods for non-standard components will adopt two different processing methods based on the type and nature of the object.

All metal non-standard parts processing (excluding castings) have undergone at least one metal forming operation at a certain stage of their manufacturing process, and often require multiple different operations.
