Small CNC machining center malfunctions? How to solve the problem?
Small CNC machining centers are high-efficiency automated machine tools composed of mechanical equipment and CNC systems suitable for processing complex parts. CNC machining center is currently one of the highest production and most widely used CNC machine tools in the world.
Its comprehensive processing ability is strong, and the workpiece can complete a lot of processing content after being clamped in one go. The processing accuracy is high, and for batch workpieces with medium processing difficulty, its efficiency is 5-10 times higher than that of ordinary equipment. Especially, it can complete many processing tasks that ordinary equipment cannot complete. It is more suitable for single piece processing with complex shapes and high precision requirements, or for small and medium-sized batch multi variety production.
1. CNC machining center serial encoder communication error alarm, reason: The unit detected that the motor encoder of the CNC machining center is disconnected or has poor communication. Check if the connection between the encoder feedback line of the motor and the amplifier is correct and secure. If the feedback line is normal, replace the servo motor (because the encoder of the motor is integrated with the motor and cannot be disassembled). If so α Replace the encoder of the motor. If it occurs occasionally, it may be caused by interference. Check if the shielding wire of the motor feedback line is intact. 
2. Error alarm in pulse counting of CNC machining center encoder (LED display 6, system PMM screen display 303/304/305/308 alarm) Cause analysis: Pulse loss or non counting of servo motor serial encoder during operation. Turn off and then on again. If there is still the same alarm, replace the motor (if yes) α Motor replacement encoder or feedback cable. If the alarm disappears after the CNC machining center is restarted, it must be returned to the reference point before running other commands. If the PMM of the system is 308, it may be caused by interference. Please shut down and turn it on again.
