Pay attention to these contents in the operating procedures of large-scale CNC machining
In order to use CNC machine tools correctly and reasonably, reduce the occurrence rate of faults, and provide operational methods for large-scale CNC machining. Only with the consent of the machine tool management personnel can the machine tool be operated.
⑴ Precautions before starting up
1) The operator must be familiar with the performance and operating methods of the CNC machine tool. Only with the consent of the machine tool management personnel can the machine tool be operated.
2) Before powering on the machine tool, check whether the voltage, air pressure, and oil pressure meet the working requirements.
3) Check if the movable parts of the machine tool are in a normal working state.
4) Check if the workbench is out of range or exceeds the limit state.
5) Check if the electrical components are secure and if there are any loose connections.
6) Check if the grounding wire of the machine tool is reliably connected to the workshop grounding wire (especially important when starting up for the first time).
7) The main power switch can only be turned on after completing the preparation work before starting up.
⑵ Precautions during startup process
1) Strictly follow the start-up sequence in the machine tool manual for operation.
2) In general, during the startup process, it is necessary to first perform a return to the machine tool reference point operation and establish the machine tool reference system.
3) After starting up, let the machine tool idle for more than 15 minutes to reach a balanced state.
4) After shutting down, it is necessary to wait for more than 5 minutes before starting up again. Without special circumstances, frequent power on or off operations are not allowed.
⑶ Precautions during debugging process
1) Edit, modify, and debug the program properly. If the first piece of trial cutting must be run empty to ensure that the program is correct and error free.
2) Install and adjust the fixtures according to the process requirements, and remove iron filings and debris from each positioning surface.
3) Clamp the workpiece according to the positioning requirements to ensure correct and reliable positioning. The workpiece must not become loose during the processing.
4) Install the required tools. If it is a machining center, the tool position number on the tool library must be strictly consistent with the tool number in the program.
5) Align the tool according to the programming origin on the workpiece and establish the workpiece coordinate system. If multiple tools are used, the remaining tools will be compensated for length or tip position separately.
